A British International School in Panama, is seeking to appoint a Head of Secondary for August 2023.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher with proven leadership and management experience and expertise in Secondary International IB Schools.

Candidate profile:

• Degree or equivalent in the subject  taught
• Teaching qualification
• Proven teaching ability 
• Experience preferably in the independent sector or international sector. 
• Fluency in written and spoken English  
• Knowledge of Spanish, or willingness to learn Spanish would be an advantage

 
Skills Required 
▪ Substantial experience in a British or British international school 
▪ Strong IB experience 
▪ Strong IGCSE experience 
▪ Ability to work seamlessly in a through school 
▪ Understanding and empathy for primary 
▪ Effective communicator
