The International school of Ticino is seeking to appoint a DP Coordinator with Biology for August 2024.

Candidates should be well qualified and experienced in DP leadership. The successful candidate should also be committed to high standards, interested in using innovative and inquiry-based approaches to learning and be enthusiastic about promoting international understanding.
​A candidate with experience in teaching DP Biology and/or ESS would be an advantage.

The contract is a permanent contract and our location offers the opportunity to live on Lake Lugano in Switzerland or Lake Como in Italy. 

Qualifications:

• University degree in appropriate subject
• PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
• Excellent subject knowledge, ensuring good progress for all students across 11-18 age
• Recent, relevant, IB experience across 11-18 age group
• An EU passport holder or valid visa to work in Switzerland
