An International School in Italy, one of the Inspired Group, is seeking to appoint an experienced teacher of IBDP (SL/HL) and MYP Chemistry for August 2024. Applicants must have experience of teaching both IB MYP and DP. The ability to teach maths in MYP is desired but not essential.

The successful applicant will be a dynamic teacher with experience of enabling pupils to achieve their potential. We are looking for experience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching, to inspire our students with a love of learning. They need to be a team player that can work within a busy Secondary school and manage their own curriculum under pressure.

This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of our secondary school and to a successful and growing department, in addition to teaching in the IB Diploma.

Qualifications:

• University degree in appropriate subject
• PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
• Excellent subject knowledge, ensuring good progress for all students across 11-18 age
• Recent, relevant, IB experience across 11-18 age group
• An EU passport holder or valid visa to work in Switzerland
