Candidates should be well qualified and experienced in the DP, or equivocal qualifications. The successful candidate should also be committed to high standards, interested in using innovative and inquiry-based approaches to learning and be enthusiastic about promoting international understanding. For the right candidate the role of Head of Maths would be a possibility.

The contract is a permanent contract and our location offers the opportunity to live on Lake Lugano in Switzerland or Lake Como in Italy. 

Qualifications:

• University degree in appropriate subject
• PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
• Excellent subject knowledge, ensuring good progress for all students across 11-18 age
• Recent, relevant, IB experience across 11-18 age group
• An EU passport holder or valid visa to work in Switzerland
