Albanian College Tirana (ACT) is seeking to appoint an inspirational DP Coordinator for August 2025. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher with experience and expertise in Leading and Managing IBDP programmes to include the 7 IB Leadership Intelligences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Diploma Programme Coordinator is responsible for both pedagogical and administrative leadership within the programme and is the main point of contact between the school and the International Baccalaureate. The Diploma Programme Coordinator is responsible for leading the curriculum through working with, and supporting, teachers in the planning and teaching of subjects within the six groups of the programme, as well as the core of Creativity, Activity and Service, the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher with experience and expertise to teach IB programmes. The school follows IB and US curriculum.

• University degree in appropriate subject
• PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
• 2 Years of IB experience
• Excellent subject knowledge, ensuring good progress for all students

• Excellent organisational skills
• Confidence using ICT
