Albanian College Tirana (ACT) is seeking to appoint a versatile, dynamic and preferably experienced Head of the American High School Program to lead our American high school curriculum for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the American high school program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of academic excellence linked to our AERO and COGNIA standards, student engagement, and university readiness. This individual will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to create a vibrant and supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our international student body.. The school follows IB and US curriculum.

• University degree in appropriate subject
• PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
• Excellent subject knowledge, ensuring good progress for all students
• A vision for what outstanding teaching and learning looks like
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confidence using ICT
