IBDP Assistant Head

An international school in Albania is seeking to appoint an Assistant Head (IBDP) / teaching role as well (Must have IB experience) for August 2025.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher with experience and expertise to teach IB programmes. The school follows IB and US curriculum.

  • University degree in appropriate subject
  • PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
  • 2 Years of IB experience
  • Excellent subject knowledge, ensuring good progress for all students
  • A vision for what outstanding teaching and learning looks like
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence using ICT

Candidates from UK, USA or EU are highly preferred.
