Design Technology with Art Teacher

A British International School in Malaysia is seeking to appoint a Design Technology with Art Teacher for July 2024. 
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident teacher with: 

  • Bachelor Degree/ Master’s Degree preferred 
  • Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE, QTS or equivalent) 
  • Fluency in English with good written and verbal communication
  • Experience of delivering IGCSE is desirable

Head of Primary STEAM

Charter House is a new school opening in September 2024 to offer an international education for students 5 to 18 using the British National Curriculum and leading to iGCSE and A level qualifications. In September 2024 it will offer places for students Y1-Y4.
 
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate and experienced teacher with a secure knowledge providing engaging and comprehensive Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education.
 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field 
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Valid teaching certification with experience in Primary or Secondary education
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of STEAM concepts and their practical application in a primary school setting. A secondary teacher who could adapt to the primary setting would also qualify
  • Strong knowledge of STEAM related subjects
  • Proficient in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences
