The Head of Primary is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), bridging the Primary School staff and the Head of School. This role encompasses both teaching and administrative responsibilities, requiring exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Head of Primary supports the effective daily management of the Primary School (K–G5), fosters a positive learning environment, and ensures alignment with the school’s philosophy, objectives, and global education model.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher:

  • Master’s degree or above in Education or related discipline
  • PGCE and QTS or equivalent teacher qualification
  • Minimum of Ten Years of teaching experience
  • Three Years of Leadership experience

A British International School in  Uruguay is seeking to appoint a Primary Teacher for February 2025.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher with proven ability to be a PYP Form Teacher for pupils of age range 7 to 10.
