  • An appropriate university degree and teaching qualification
  • KS3/IGCSE/A-Level/IBDP experience essential
  • At least 2 years’ experience of teaching English National Curriculum (adapt per role – experience IBDP etc.)
  • A passion for teaching and learning and a drive to achieve high standards for all
  • To be an advocate for student wellbeing and involved in the pastoral care system
  • Excellent understanding of SUBJECT and how students learn SUBJECT
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • A solid understanding of and use of ICT in the classroom.
  • To be a team player, motivated by the challenge of achieving the vision of the department and the school.

Physics and Science Teacher

International School Brunei(ISB) is seeking to appoint a Physics and Science Teacher to start in January 2024
 
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified graduate teacher with ability to teach Physics to KS5 (IB, A level or equivalent) and teach Science at  KS3 and KS4. Newly qualified teachers (NQT’s, ECT’s) will be considered.
 
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching 16-18 qualification (IB, A level or equivalent)
  • MUST be under age  54
